Millennials and Gen-Z exhibited a lack of understanding about recycling requirements and restrictions despite being environmentally conscious. The challenge was involving the target market, cultivating their interest, and encouraging them to not only educate themselves but also share knowledge with peers.
Requirements
Establish a fictional brand with an online/physical presence, purpose, mission, values, visual identity, and brand guidelines.

Oscar is a mobile application offering educational resources, a garbage pickup calendar, and an emissions tracker. It is focused on community outreach to foster recycling awareness at its No Time To Waste events.
